CE Course Description
Access to Fetal Alcohol Spectrum Disorders-informed interventions and accommodations, like those discussed in this CEU course, have the potential to create protective factors for the patient that can reduce secondary disabilities and lead to better outcomes. Observing indicators, functional observation and history/interviewing, assessment, tailoring treatments, working with family, and transitions and connections to community supports are all examined in this course. In addition, several vignettes are included to provide real-world examples and overview of approaches best suited for FASD prevention and intervention.
